the long version

We are elated to announce a two-night Crypt series celebrating the release of composer Daniel Temkin’s debut album, COLORS. Temkin explores the world of chamber music through a lens that honors both individuality and community, using solos, duets, and trios of different instruments to create a kaleidoscopic range of sound worlds. The concerts bring together a veritable menagerie of major-league collaborators, including harpist Ashley Jackson, violinists Francisco Fullana and Ariana Kim, flutist Emi Ferguson, cellist Christine Lamprea, and more, to guide us through this potent, poignant sonic journey.

Ring in spring with a colorful chamber music tapestry, woven by an up-and-coming genre-bending genius and his musical family of superstars.
